1. Agreement to These Terms
By downloading, installing or using CaloCook, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use CaloCook.
3. Your Account
You're responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@calocook.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Subscription & Free Trial
- CaloCook offers a 7-day free trial
- Monthly and yearly subscription plans are available
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
- All subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store
5. Free Trial Terms
Important: To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your 7-day trial ends. Cancel through Apple ID settings — not by deleting the app.
6. Refund Policy
All refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a refund request.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse CaloCook, including but not limited to:
- Reverse engineering or attempting to access source code
- Uploading harmful, abusive or illegal content
- Using the app in any way that violates applicable laws
- Sharing your account with others
8. Intellectual Property
CaloCook, its logo, design, code and content are owned by us. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
9. Health & Nutrition Disclaimer
CaloCook is a general wellness tool, not a medical product. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes.
10. Third-Party Services
CaloCook uses third-party services including Apple, Google, OpenAI, OpenRouter and Supabase. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
CaloCook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaloCook and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.
13. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time inside the app: Profile → Account → Delete Account. Deleting your account does NOT cancel your subscription — you must cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the app and on this page. Continued use of CaloCook after changes means you accept the new Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
