Do I need to know my macros before I start?+

You enter the calories and macros you want each recipe to hit. If you already know your targets, plug them in. If not, use the numbers from whichever coach, app, or plan you're following — CaloCook builds the recipe around them.

Can it cope with allergies and dietary restrictions?+

Yes — set preferences for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, keto, and common allergens (nuts, shellfish, eggs, soy, sesame, dairy and more). Every recipe respects them.

What if I already have a recipe I love?+

Add it to your library. CaloCook will adjust it to fit your remaining macros, so a favourite always works for your day.

Does the photo scanner actually work?+

Very well — it recognises thousands of dishes and ingredients. For unusual plates it falls back to a quick manual confirmation.

Will my data sync with Apple Health?+
